After wisdom teeth + impacted canine extraction? - there is a lump in my mouth beside my lip piercing

I extracted 4 wisdom teeth and 1 dog exactly one week from today. I had a tough recovery had so far Ive severe jaw pain, but today I feel much better, but this morning when I woke up I felt something on my language, and the panic, I ran and ran to the bathroom to see what it was it left to me in the mouth, and looked like a tiny drop of brown / red. It is like a chewing gum is lost (if possible?) I do not know if this is normal! I see a doctor? I think part of the aid that the dog is like fixed, but the support is green .. not the color of my gums. ALSO. I have a sort of bump on the roof of my mouth, next to the relay. Once again, as my gums, but they look too fat, and if I feel with my tongue really smooth and bubbly compared with normal tires. Has anyone ever before? I know it's probably not the wisdom teeth, but probably what they did with the hammer impact.
