I have a question for people with some knowledge with a punching bag. Looking to buy a heavy bag. Big5 is running a sale of 70 pounds in one sentence. The set includes: Black Nevat handbags, leather gloves, hand protectors and Training Bag Holder.
They also sell an 80-Nevat bag with a book alone, without the kit.

Both are $ 59.99, I would get one for every 70 pounds of extras. But I'm not sure whether the 10 pounds is better than an extra. I am 6 "220-pound bag, it would be best for me?
